hausmodern returns policy
Our policy is called ‘free and easy instant returns’. Instant returns means that you must tell us you want to return the item before we complete delivery and leave your property. Once we have completed delivery and left your property, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
To be eligible for a return, please notify the delivery person that you wish to return the product, and make sure that you receive a return confirmation email from hausmodern before the delivery person leaves the property.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is approved, we will send you an email to notify you about the next steps. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or other method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
Our payment provider Stripe submits refunds to your customer’s bank immediately. Depending on the bank’s processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your bank account.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If 10 business days have passed, you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support [at] hausmodern.ca
We do not replace items if they are considered defective or damaged, if you have not requested an instant return during delivery. If you do request an exchange during delivery, we will provide you with an alternative product if possible, or provide you with a full refund in accordance with our returns policy.
