hausmodern returns policy
Our policy is called ‘free and easy returns’. Free and easy returns means that you must tell us you want to return the item within 48 hours of receiving your purchase(s).
To be eligible for a return, please notify us via email, and make sure that you receive a return confirmation email from hausmodern before the end of the 48 hour period.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is approved, we will send you an email to notify you about the next steps. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or other method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
Our payment provider Stripe submits refunds to your customer’s bank immediately. Depending on the bank’s processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your bank account.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If 10 business days have passed, you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support [at] hausmodern.ca
We do not replace items if they are considered defective or damaged. However, if you request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your purchase(s), we will provide you with an alternative product if possible, or provide you with a full refund in accordance with our returns policy.
